cygwin ports

add [cygwin ports mirror][1] in order to install apache2/php5/mysql5 and [much more other stuffs][2].

compile php modules

Some PHP modules depend on many libs, these dependency will crash extensions installed by cygwin ports. But they can be compiled from source easily.
